We stand behind our products and will do all we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase from little Big Bee. 

We will gladly exchange or refund any products purchased directly from little Big Bee in new, unused condition and in the original little Big Bee packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.  Returns and exchanges from third party retailers should be handled directly with the retailer.  Here are steps to ensure a smooth return.

2. Ship your items back to us

Please send authorized exchange/return to the address provided below.

When shipping merchandise for exchange/return, please prepare the package with the following information:

1. The item(s) in unused condition and original packaging
2. Your original packing slip or order number
3. Reason for return
4. Look for a Refund (if you have a return)
Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Your shipping charge will only be refunded if little Big Bee shipped the wrong items or the item is defective.

Used Items
Exchanges on used merchandise can only be made when the damage is caused by a manufacturer's defect
    Items snagged via use cannot be exchanged
    After 30 days, items may not be returned for any reason
    Shipping charges are not refunded for return items.

International Shipping

little Big Bee currently ships to U.S. addresses only. We hope to ship worldwide soon!
